Dr Donald Knapke graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1999. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan in 2004. A year later he completed the Adult Reconstructive fellowship at Rush in Chicago, Illinois.
He has been in practice for the past 19 years at Michigan Orthopedic Surgeons in Southeast Michigan. His practice is high volume and involves primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. He is an active teacher in William Beaumont Hospital’s orthopedic surgery residency, as well as its adult reconstructive fellowship.
